Big milestone over here! 24 weeks = viability, which is a huge deal for someone who has a preterm labor history like I do.
Size of Baby: Baby is the size of an ear of corn and should be growing anywhere from 4-8 ounces per week at this point!
Weight: Haven’t weighed myself since last week’s doctor’s appointment.
Sleep: Getting back into a good groove with sleep. Only waking once a night for the most part and finally feeling well rested!
Best Moment of the Week: Finally enjoying a relaxing weekend with Lance and Bella. After all of that week including two weekends, it was nice to be able to take it easy and have some fun as a family.
Movement: Lots of movement which I totally love!
Symptoms: None really at this point other than occasional braxton hicks. Had a little bit of shortness of breath today but only for an hour or two.
Food Cravings/Aversions: None.
Belly Button: In. I don’t think it is coming out.
What I Miss: Nothing! This is the best part of pregnancy and I’m feeling good about things!
What I Am Looking Forward To: Our babymoon to London! This wasn’t originally a babymoon since I wasn’t pregnant when we planned the trip, but this is our once-a-year couples trip away. Bella’s grandparents will stay with her and Titan at our house and Lance and I will explore the city, enjoy meals together, see a few West End shows, and enjoy a week of sleeping in! Hard to leave our baby girl but much easier knowing how much fun she has with her grandparents.
